It's not required. Everyone wears a high-flotation life jacket, and our guides stay close by at all times, especially in sections with stronger current.
In Costa Rica, rain is part of the experience — we don't cancel for light or moderate rain. We only suspend a tour if the river rises or there's a lightning storm, in which case we reschedule or give a full refund.
It depends on the tour — check each tour's details to confirm. The Rio Celeste Tubing Tour welcomes kids from age 4.
Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance get a full refund. If we cancel for safety reasons, you can choose between rescheduling or a 100% refund.
We have lockers at our base. We recommend not bringing anything onto the river that isn't waterproof or that could sink — phones, keys, and wallets stay safely stored with us.
No, the Tenorio Volcano National Park entrance fee is separate and doesn't include tubing (swimming is prohibited inside the park). Our tours take place on a private section of the river, outside the park.
