1. Acceptance of terms

By booking or joining any tour operated by Vibe River Adventure, you accept the terms described in this document. If you have questions before booking, message us on WhatsApp at +506 6464-3611.

2. Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email once availability, date, and payment method have been arranged. Published prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: subject to case-by-case review.
• If Vibe River Adventure cancels a tour due to extreme weather or safety concerns, you may choose between rescheduling or a 100% refund.
• Light or moderate rain is not grounds for cancellation — tours are only suspended for high river levels or lightning storms.

4. Age and health requirements

Minimum age and health restrictions vary by tour — check each tour's details before booking. As a general guideline, participation is not recommended for pregnant travelers or anyone who has recently had surgery. It is the guest's responsibility to disclose any relevant medical condition before the tour.

5. Safety and equipment

All tours include safety equipment (life jackets and helmets where applicable) and guides trained in first aid and swift-water rescue. A safety briefing is given before every tour begins. Tubing involves the inherent risk associated with water and adventure activities; guests participate voluntarily and at their own responsibility, following the guide's instructions at all times.

6. Tenorio Volcano National Park

Tubing tours take place on a private section of the river, outside the boundaries of Tenorio Volcano National Park. National Park admission is not included in the tour price, and swimming is prohibited within park boundaries.

7. Photos and video

During the tour, our guides may take photos or video for promotional purposes (social media, website). If you'd prefer not to appear in this material, let your guide know before the tour begins.

8. Changes to these terms

Vibe River Adventure may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is always the current one.
